Hand blended by someone who personally understands stress and anxiety. We are absolutely
passionate about helping others with our thoughtfully made goods. Our Cup of Chill Tea is for those who are feeling tense, stressed or anxious, and want to promote a sense of calm
grounded relaxation
When creating, we consider the ways stress and anxiety can show up both physically and
mentally. We then handpick herbs based on their properties and effects. For our Cup of Chill Tea, we chose…
Tulsi (Holy Basil), is an adaptogen which research suggests that can reduce anxiety and stress levels, improve sleep quality, and even lower stress by lowering cortisol (a stress hormone) levels.
English Lavender – Thoughtfully grown on our farm and has been shown to help calm and sooth an overactive nervous system by increasing GABA, the calming neurotransmitter in the brain. Lavender contains components linalool and linalyl acetate, which interact with the brain and nervous systems to reduce agitation and restlessness.
Chamomile – It has been used for centuries to help promote a sense of calm by increasing
GABA which helps to calm the body and mind.
Skullcap – Is a relaxing nervine herb, which has been shown to help improve stress restlessness and irritability. And Passionflower, which is another calming herb which has been shown to promote a sense of calm by increasing GABA.
Rose – Although rose symbolizes romance, love, beauty and courage, studies found that rose
may also have the ability to calm stress within the body and mind
The flavor is herbal, complex, and minty with light notes of spice and rose followed by a sweet finish. May we all find our calm.
